Viewing and Sharing Options

This explains who can see what in Tennis Star, and what you can control. What you can see also depends on the features an administrator has switched on for your role.

1. You

You can see your own account, profile and data.

2. Parents and guardians you link

A player can invite up to 4 parents or guardians by email or their unique parent ID. Parents must accept the invitation through its link or in Contact before access starts. The invitation expires after 7 days. A linked parent or guardian can follow that player and see the player's profile, ranking, results, progress, and live and planned matches. The player or the parent can remove the link at any time, and administrators can remove it too. Removing a link stops future viewing. It does not erase what was already seen.

3. Coaches you link

A player, or a linked parent, can link up to 2 coaches. The coach must accept, and a new coach may also need administrator approval. A linked coach can see the player's live matches, planned matches and recent results. For each match, the player or parent can choose to hide it from a coach. Either side can remove the link at any time.

4. Academies

If you are on an academy's roster, the academy owner and its coaches can see roster details needed to run the academy, such as your name, ETF number, club and category. An academy may add a player only if it has the right to do so. To leave an academy, ask the academy owner or an administrator.

5. Public live links

Live match pages can be opened by anyone who has the link, without logging in. They show player names, score, court and status. Links are created and shared by whoever scores or organises the match. If you want a live page removed, ask the scorer or an administrator.

6. Other users

Other logged-in users can see federation rankings and player lists as published by the federation, such as name, club, category and points. Coaches can follow public match links in their own private overview. That list is visible only to the coach.

7. Administrators

Administrators can see account, role, link, match, message and usage data in order to run the app, approve requests, support users and prevent abuse. Their actions are recorded in an audit log.

8. Service providers

Our hosting, database and email providers have technical access only to run the app for us.

9. Your choices

  • Hide a match from a coach.
  • Remove a parent or guardian link.
  • Remove a coach link.
  • Ask to leave an academy.
  • Unsubscribe from announcements.
  • Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data in Privacy requests.

10. If you act for a child

A parent or legal guardian who accepts for a child makes these choices for the child and is responsible for them.
