Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Tennis Star account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

In the app

Sign in, open My account and choose “Delete my account”. Your account is locked immediately and permanently deleted after 7 days. If you change your mind in that time, email support@tennis-star.com.

Without the app

Email support@tennis-star.com from the address you registered with, subject “Delete my account” (include your username if you sign in with one). We confirm it is you and delete the account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, profile (name, email, phone), roles, links to coaches or parents, saved draws, notifications, your consent records and your account activity, plus the matches you recorded and any academy you own.

What may remain

Public tennis rankings and results come from the federation's own published data and can only be changed at the source; to have a player's data hidden here, use the form on Privacy & data. Backups are overwritten automatically within a short period.
