Acceptable Use Rules

2026-10-23.13 · 2026-10-23

These rules protect players, families, coaches, academies and the app. Breaking them can lead to your account being limited or blocked.

1. You must not

  • Misuse or abuse the site, its features or its data in any way.
  • Give false information, use another person's identity, or add an ETF number or academy that is not yours or that you have no right to add.
  • Enter false or careless scores, or change results to gain an advantage.
  • Harass, threaten, insult or spam any person, including through messages, invitations or announcements.
  • Use names, contact details or data of players, and especially children, for marketing, profiling, or to contact them outside the app without the right to do so.
  • Copy data from the app by automated means, such as scraping, bots or bulk downloads, or build a copy of the app's data.
  • Create excessive load or data traffic, or try to avoid limits.
  • Try to get around access rules, feature switches or security, test security without written permission, or look for access you were not given.
  • Share your password or invitation links, or invite people who should not have access.
  • Upload or send harmful, illegal, abusive or misleading content, or software that harms systems.
  • Resell, rent or use the app or its data for business purposes without our written permission.

2. Fair use of data and resources

Use the app in a normal way for your own role. We may set and change limits on requests, invitations, links and storage, and we may block traffic that is not normal use.

3. Reporting a problem

If you see abuse, wrong information or a concern about data, tell us through the Contact page in the app. Please do not send reports you know are false or made in bad faith. We keep reports confidential where we can.

4. What we may do

We may remove content, hide matches, limit features, suspend or block accounts, and cancel invitations and links. We may keep records of what happened. Where the law requires, or to protect a person or the app, we may report serious misuse, including misuse of data, to the authorities or to the people affected. We may also seek compensation for harm caused by a breach, as the law allows.

5. Your rights are not affected

Nothing in these rules stops you from raising a concern with us or from using any right you have under the law, including contacting the competent authority.
